Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because each piece is made especially for you, returns and exchanges are not accepted for changes of mind, size, or preference.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery, and I will work with Gelato to make it right.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please email me with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
I will coordinate with Gelato to offer a replacement if applicable.
